Hi All,
Depression shoot-out from behavior faults, environment, influences, body, thoughts, addictions, disorders of the mind and so on. Poor health could also cause you to feel depressed. If you struggle to feel good physically, it often makes it difficult to feel good mentally.
Contrary to beliefs, depressed souls do not have weak minds. Rather, depression is depressive symptoms caused by chemical imbalances, behavior problems, lack of development, and emotions, which cause emotional reactions or response. Depression however can make a person feel weak both mentally and physically.

Hello everyone,
To add some more information to this post I am including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the most widely used therapeutic strategy. This therapy is the procedure of introducing something by replacing it with another, and by creating an environment whereas the patient feels at ease.
The patient is then works alongside the therapist to become aware of the causes of their depression. The patient is then, asked to note down the various negative thoughts that occur to him or her during the course of the day. This way the therapist can come to know how commonly such thoughts come to the mind of the patient.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lays stress on discussing the negative thoughts and the kind of behaviors that it results in. This kind of therapy lays belief on the fact that it is better to bring about a change in the thought pattern of the patient rather than doing an in-depth study of his negative emotions.
